Aster is the latest restaurant from the James Beard Award winning Chef Daniel Patterson and Brett Cooper of Outerlands. The design is an abstraction of the flower for which the restaurant is named – adorned with pure gold leaf on both the window sign and wood sign above. Each was hand crafted over endless hours of care and attention with nearly 100 leaves of gold used altogether.
