It’s not often we get to paint mega graphics that span an entire length of a museum, but this was such an occasion. The Museum of Craft and Design located in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood and curated an international exhibition of custom motorcycles – Moto MMXX.

Utilizing a projector to get the skeleton of the design on the wall, it was then drawn on the wall with a pencil and a four foot long level. After transferring the lettering on to the wall, it was careful game of double checked for accuracy & adjustments were made for areas of the wall that were not flat like the doors and column. Two coats of paint and a few days later, the fifteen foot tall and 60 foot long sign was in place.
